| The top plate
is fabricated from structural quality weldable grade of hot-rolled carbon
steel with a minimum yield strength of 36,000 psi. |

| The pole shaft is fabricated from a weldable grade of hot-rolled
commercial quality carbon steel with a minimum yield strength of 55,000
psi or 65,000 psi. The shaft consist of multiple sections joined together
with a minimum slip joint equal to 1.5 times the female inside diameter.
The shaft has a round 16-sided polygonal tapered cross section
with a uniform taper of 0.14 inches per foot of length. |

A reinforced handhole with a minimum clear opening of 10" x 30"
is provided with a 1/2"-13 UNC nut for grounding purposes and
supplied with a handhole cover and required hardware. |

The base plate is fabricated from structural quality weldable hot-rolled
carbon steel with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 psi. |

The winch plate is fabricated from structural quality weldable grade of
hot-rolled carbon steel with a minimum yield strength of 36,00 psi.
It is welded on the inside of the pole at 180 degrees to the handhole
opening. |

The anchor bolts are fabricated from hot-rolled carbon steel bars with a
minimum yield strength of 55,000 psi. The threaded end is galvanized a
minimum of 12" and each bolt is furnished with two flat washers and
two hex nuts. |
